Developmental Milestones for Ages Birth to Five Years Old
These are the seven areas of major developmental milestones for different areas of development from birth to age five (5) years. Please click on your child’s age to see the milestones.

- Expressive Language (production of language/communication)
- Receptive Language (understanding of language)
- Speech Sound production
- Social Communication and Play Skills
If you have concerns about the following, please call us and ask for occupational therapy:
- Regulatory and Sensory Organization (ability to organize and use sensory information to support daily functioning)
- Fine Motor Skills (movement of small muscle groups)
- Gross motor skills (movement of large muscle groups)
