National Speech Language Therapy Center in Bethesda, MD is seeking BCBAs to join their team. The interdisciplinary approach among SLPs, OTs, and BCBAs provides a unique and supportive opportunity for BCBAs to join the growing team.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Program Manager
- Full and Part Time available
Provide clinical oversight of behavioral services cases for individuals with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder or other disabilities. Clients will vary in age from young children to adolescents. Client services can be provided in the clinic and in the community/home. Part time positions include afternoon/after school hours.

Essential Job Functions:
- Creation and monitoring of skill and behavioral programming for set caseload
- Develop positive behavior support plans
- Perform case and school consultations as needed
- Meet with and provide training to parents/ caregivers
- Provide direct services to the client, as needed
- Supervise Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians on caseload
- Conducting VB-MAPP and other assessments to develop comprehensive treatment programs
- Write evaluation and progress reports
- Maintain authorizations/ relationships with case managers/service coordinators at various funding sources
- Meet with Directors to ensure quality of care and progress of caseload
- BCBA must maintain licensure and/or certificate, in accordance with BACB and state guidelines

- Current Board Certification Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Enjoys working collaboratively and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows office environment including working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook as well as ability to readily learn how to navigate online clinic management system
- Possess reliable transportation, valid driver's license and applicable vehicle insurance for business travel
